Amazonian Tribes.


LIFE IN THE 

RAINFOREST

It has been established that there are over 1 million Indians living in the rainforest that have been divided into around 400 tribes, each having their own language, culture and territory. 
Most Indians lives in settled villages near the river. They live by hunting with weapons such as bows and arrows, spears and blow guns. They also grow their own vegetables and crops such as bananas and corn.

As you can see they do differentiate in appearance by the way they dress and paint their bodies. The huts that they live in seem to be very similar and I think the texture could work very well translated onto a high fashion garment. 
The colours in the last image are vibrant and exciting. Their hair is unusual with the shaven band down the center of their heads. Is this their fashion? Or do they have a reason?
